Evaluation criteria

The evaluation will be based on the following criteria:

The video CV should have a maximum duration of 3 minutes and must be made according to standard video file formats; if the video doesn’t display properly or lasts more than three minutes, it will be considered invaluable;

The Evaluation Group uses the following indicators to qualify the video CV:

Display capability: from 1 to 5 points
Clarity: from 1 to 5 points
Relevance and completeness of the contents: from 1 to 5 points
Originality: from 1 to 5 points
Adequacy of language: from 1 to 5 points (more points for using a foreign language)
Technical quality of the video (audio, graphics, address, etc.): from 1 to 5 points
Communication skills: 3 points

In order to participate in the contest, they will be considered valid only those Video CVs that will score at least 16 out of 33. Only the 8 top Video Cvs will be admitted to win the price.


The 8 best Video CVs will get the opportunity to do a six months internship in an European company. Each winner that will complete the probationary period of the internship will receive an amount of 200 euros.
