ParisTech – the Paris Institute of Technology – is one of the collegiate universities in France. Its oldest college was founded in 1741. Nowadays, it gathers 11 of the best French engineering schools, covering nearly the whole spectrum of engineering science, and 1 business school. Currently, there are 18,900 students (31% of whom are foreign students).

  • Each year, the ParisTech colleges assign a significant share of their funds to scholarships, thus releasing some students from all or part of the financial cost of their studies. The aim of the scholarships is to boost the colleges’ effort in favour of equal opportunities and the international recruitment of excellence. They have drawn up complete systems of financial aid in the form of:
    1. scholarships decided on merit or excellence
    2. scholarships based on social criteria,
    3. scholarships to favour mobility.
